Huatai Futures Co., Ltd. (“Huatai Futures”) was established on March 28th, 1994. As a subsidiary of Huatai Securities (stock code: 601688.SH, 6886.HK), Huatai Futures has registered capital of 2.939 billion RMB with major business scoped in commodity and financial futures brokerage, futures investment consultancy, asset management and investment fund. Huatai Futures is one of the first batch of futures commission merchants (“FCM”) in China and also one of pilot FCMs approved for innovative business operations in futures investment consultancy, asset management and risk management. Huatai is the member of the China Futures Association (“CFA”) council, comprehensive clearing member of China Financial Futures Exchange (“CFFEX”), member of Shanghai International Energy Exchange and member of three China’s commodity futures exchanges: Shanghai Futures Exchange (“SHFE”), Dalian Commodity Exchange (“DCE”) and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (“ZCE”).
